For customized modular pipe racks or tunnel cable brackets, please provide load requirements, span spacing, and 2D/3D drawings.

How do your high-strength aluminum supports compare to steel?
Our proprietary aluminum alloy profiles offer approximately one-third the weight of conventional Q235 steel while achieving ultra-high tensile strength (up to 728 MPa) and yield strength (up to 604 MPa). They are completely non-ferromagnetic (eliminating cable eddy currents) and offer superior corrosion resistance in utility tunnels and coastal MEP plants.

Standard slotted strut channels, channel nuts, and common hardware are maintained in rolling stock for dispatch within 7–14 days. Custom aluminum extrusion profiles, prefabricated modular frames, or specialized OEM tooling typically require 20–30 days from drawing approval.
