Structural & Installation Benefits

Why Major Infrastructure Relies on Lonsonstrut Pre-Set Concrete Channels

Cast into concrete during prefabrication or pouring phases, our concrete insert channels establish continuous adjustable connection lines while eliminating the risks and labor of field anchor drilling.

Zero Structural & Rebar Damage

Traditional post-installed expansion bolts risk severed rebar and micro-cracking in concrete structures. Embedded channels maintain structural integrity with zero drilling required.

2 Million Fatigue Cycles Qualified

Tested and certified to withstand continuous dynamic vibration and cyclic load stress, making them ideal for high-speed rail tunnels, subway power catenaries, and heavy industrial plant floors.

Non-Ferromagnetic Aluminum Options

Proprietary high-strength aluminum alloy channels eliminate electromagnetic induction and eddy-current losses along high-voltage cable runs and 220kV power transmission utility tunnels.

Serrated Teeth & Slip Resistance

Internal channel lips feature precision CNC-rolled serrations matching high-strength T-bolts and channel nuts, delivering up to an 83% boost in longitudinal slip resistance under severe seismic loads.

Slurry-Proof Foam Infill Protection

Factory-fitted high-density polyethylene (HDPE) foam infill or easy-peel protective tape prevents concrete ingress during casting and is effortlessly stripped out on-site in seconds.

Fast Modular MEP Hookup

Offers continuous along-channel adjustability for pipe clamps, cantilever brackets, cable tray cleats, and HVAC seismic braces without hot-works, welding, or noise pollution on site.

Matching Fastener Ecosystem

Complete Engineered System: Channels, T-Bolts & Hardware

A cast-in channel is only as secure as its mating hardware. Lonsonstrut manufactures matched high-tensile T-head bolts, locking channel nuts, and clamping brackets for guaranteed system load ratings.

01

Forged T-Head Bolts (Grade 8.8 / 10.9)

Features notch markings on bolt shank for visual verification of 90° transverse locking inside channel lips.

02

Heavy-Duty Channel Nuts with Springs

Deep CNC grooves lock directly into channel lip serrations to prevent slipping under longitudinal forces.

03

Formwork Fastening Accessories

Nail holes, fixing clips, and magnetic shuttering adapters facilitate quick mounting to steel or timber formwork.

4-Step Prefabricated Installation Process

STEP 01
Formwork Mounting: Secure the channel to timber/steel formwork using pre-punched nail holes or formwork clips before rebar placement.
STEP 02
Concrete Pouring & Curing: Pour concrete normally. Factory foam strip prevents slurry ingress into the channel interior.
STEP 03
Form Stripping & Foam Removal: Strip formwork and easily pull out the continuous HDPE foam filler using a utility blade or hook.
STEP 04
Insert T-Bolts & Bolt On Supports: Insert T-head bolts at any position along the channel, rotate 90°, and torque to specified clamping load.
